Making A Purchase Please note that carriage prices quoted apply only to deliveries in England & Wales ONLY south of Lancaster and York except postcode areas TR, PL, NR, CT, LL and SA - These areas are quoted on request.

Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man are quoted on request.

Shipping And Handling Shipping charges quoted below relate to UK mainland ONLY and to south of Lancaster and York ONLY. We will advise shipping costs prior to despatch for orders received outside these areas.

Orders up to £25.00 - free delivery all UK
Orders £25.01 - £100.00 - £15.00 delivery
Orders £100.01 - £250.00 - £20.00 delivery
Orders £250.01 and above - £40.00 delivery

Note - Maintenance packs ONLY are FREE delivery - but NOTE, the checkout will show total carriage for the order as above. HOWEVER you will NOT actually be charged carriage in respect of maintenance kits and if ordering maintenance kits together with other items the amount you will actually be charged for carriage will be based on total order value AFTER DEDUCTING the value of maintenance packs ordered.
Delivery Schedule Goods are delivered within 28 days of order unless advised otherwise. Customers will be telephoned in advance to agree a delivery time and to obtain directions for the driver.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices quoted INCLUDE VAT at 17.5%.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web server, nor whilst being transmitted over the Internet from your PC to our server, or from our server to our PC. Providing card details through this site is MUCH SAFER than sending them to us by email, fax, post or any other method.
Guarantee We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. As soon as we are notified about a problem a "Customer Service Report" is made out which details the name, address, telephone number, date of purchase and order number as well as the nature of complaint from the customer. In addition it is noted what action in response is agreed including a timescale to resolve the problem.

Customer service type calls are received on our general telephone number which is answered during normal office hours 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays. These calls are charged at standard British Telecom rate.

Cancellation Refunds:
Where a customer exercises their right to cancel, all purchase monies received will be returned less any cost of collecting the goods as set out herein within fourteen days of return.

Statutory Rights:
None of these terms of business shall affect any rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy Pepe Garden Furniture Ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. A customer wishing to cancel must give notice in writing sent at the customer's cost by recorded delivery. The company will acknowledge receipt of the notice to cancel upon receipt.

The customer must then return the goods at their own expense. If the customer fails to return the goods within two weeks of cancelling an order then the company will charge the cost of returning the goods which must be paid in full before collection takes place. The cost of collection is £50 within a radius of 100 miles of the office address and £75 within a 200 miles radius. The charge will be £10 for every 20 miles over the 200 mile charge of £75. Goods sent on by a customer to a non UK mainland address are not covered by the cancellation policy.

Goods must be made ready for collection in the original packaging or similar packaging and must be complete not altered or damaged in any way. Items found to be missing from returned goods when checked back in the company's warehouse will be charged for however small in value.
